Родился в 1968 году.
В 1993 году окончил факультет международных отношений МГИМО (специалист по международным отношениям со знанием нескольких иностранных языков). Имеет значительный опыт работы в кинематографе (продюсер ряда российских художественных и документальных фильмов).
С 2014 года - генеральный директор филиала «НИКФИ» АО «ТПО «Киностудия им. М.Горького».

In 1993 he received a master`s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at MGIMO University in Moscow. He speaks Russian, English, Hungarian and French. Mr. Kucherenko has the considerable experience in the different fields of activity including the film production (the producer of some Russian films and documentaries movies.
